Secure Your IoT Future: Navigate the €15 Million Compliance Challenge
The 2025 Regulatory Deadline: Is Your Company Prepared?
As the global regulatory landscape for IoT security undergoes its most significant transformation in decades, manufacturers face a stark reality: adapt to new compliance requirements or face potentially devastating consequences. With the EU Cyber Resilience Act enforcement imminent and fines of up to €15 million or 2.5% of annual turnover for non-compliance, the business impact of IoT security has moved from the IT department to the boardroom.
The UK’s PSTI Act, the EU’s Cyber Resilience Act, and the Radio Equipment Directive are no longer distant regulatory concerns—they represent an immediate business challenge requiring strategic leadership attention.
Secure Horizons 2025: Your Strategic Compliance Roadmap
Secure Horizons 2025: Navigating IoT Compliance in a Global Regulatory Landscape brings together leading experts to provide practical insights and solutions for achieving compliance while optimizing costs and reducing technical risks.
Led by a keynote presentation from the UK Government’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), this exclusive seminar offers senior leaders the rare opportunity to gain clarity on evolving regulations and develop actionable implementation strategies.
From Regulatory Burden to Competitive Advantage
Forward-thinking manufacturers are discovering that robust security implementation isn’t merely about avoiding penalties—it’s becoming a powerful market differentiator. As consumer awareness of security risks increases, products with demonstrable security features gain preference in both B2B and B2C environments.
Secure Horizons 2025 will showcase how leading companies are transforming compliance requirements into competitive advantages, from streamlined supply chains to enhanced customer trust.

Ron Singh has been an EMEA Sales Director at Digi International for the past 7 years, at various times responsible for all Digi product groups (Embedded/RF, IT & Cellular); previously he was the EMEA distribution manager at Broadcom for 2.5 years, and Avnet EMEA Technical Marketing Manager for +9 years prior to that, as well as holding various technical sales positions at Mitsubishi, Harris and AMD. Digi ConnectCore Security Services are services and tools that enable you to maintain the security of your devices throughout the entire product lifecycle. These services enable the monitoring and analysis of security risks and vulnerabilities for a custom software bill of material (SBOM) and binary image running on Digi ConnectCore system-on-modules (SOMs).

A physicist by background, Ramy co-founded Quantum Dice right after completing his DPhil in Atomic and Laser Physics at the University of Oxford. Having previously worked on a wide variety of applications in quantum technologies ranging from computing to communications and sensing, Ramy has a passion for the communication and the commercialisation of scientific breakthroughs. Ramy has been leading the company ever since its original inception focusing on ensuring the alignment between the technology development and the needs of the market while ensuring Quantum Dice’s continued growth.

A seasoned embedded security professional with a proven track record of supporting secure microcontrollers and flash memory solutions. My career began at NXP and Spansion, where I gained extensive experience working directly with customers to integrate and optimise secure hardware components into their embedded systems. I developed a strong understanding of hardware-based security mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and secure boot architectures during this time. Here at EPS, I lead our secure provisioning services for semiconductors, providing technical expertise and support to customers developing secure products. My focus areas include firmware encryption, identity authentication, secure microcontrollers and processes to securely provision semiconductors.

John is Professor of Computer Architectures at the Department of Computer Science, The University of Manchester in the UK having previously spent 17 years with Arm Ltd as the Director of Technology and Systems where he defined and introduced the first multicore processors and other widely deployed technologies. He is also appointed by UK government’s Research & Innovation agency as the Director of the Digital Security by Design, a £200M programme to enable industry and researchers to create a step change in approach to cybersecurity, blocking vulnerabilities by design and protecting the operation and data by default. His research interest includes new processing paradigms, web-scale servers, exascale efficient systems and secure and ubiquitous computing.

As Founder&CEO of CyberWhiz, Cagatay and his team is developing IoT cyber security technologies for each 3 pillars of IoT which are Edge·Mobile·Cloud, both independently for each of them and holistically for all of them. He has 20+ years of experience in embedded systems. He is passionate about IoT Cyber Security and experiencing a bottom-up approach from embedded systems to mobile applications and cloud services to create an end-to-end IoT cyber security ecosystem to help manufacturers easily adapt to new regulations and sustain their business.

Haydn is the Founder & CEO of SCI Semiconductor, developing next-generation devices with CHERI technology, a secure computing solution backed by the US and UK governments and global universities. He serves on the Executive Steering Board of the IoT Security Foundation, driving security best practices and legislation across the UK, EU, USA, Japan, and beyond. With over 25 years in senior roles at leading tech companies, including a decade at ARM Holdings, Haydn led security strategy for IoT, mobile, and computing. His work at ARM helped define the security in most mobile phones today, enabling secure banking, transactions, and communications.
