Process

1. Chip
Loading

Chips arrive from authorized distributors and are loaded onto our advanced programming machines.

2. Power & Initial Check

Chips are powered up and undergo initial verification on the programming machine.

3. HSM Communication

Secure communication established with High Security Module (HSM) for credential generation.

4. Secure Data Transfer

HSM generates and sends encrypted secure data unique to each chip.

5. Secure Provisioning

Firmware and security credentials are securely programmed into the chip.

6. Chip Repackaging

Chips are re-packed into either trays or reels.
